Industrial Heritage Update of Hanguang West Factory，Handan

Project positioning: To create a new municipal business district in Handan - Hanguang Tianjie creative and dynamic block, shaping the new era of Handan city memory symbol

Under the background of the adjustment of urban industrial structure, the era of industrial heritage regeneration has come to meet the needs of the population and market according to the local conditions and characteristics. The project has become an important carrier of urban renewal with a creative business. The goal is to make Handan regain its former glory, recover its status as a city and help the urban Renaissance.

Design concept: "Three-dimensional urban block" continues the historical mark of the factory. Through the setting of the aerial corridor, the commercial and living areas form a 5-minute living circle. The sunken square forms a hub connecting the three first-floor structures and serves as a festival activity space. The three-dimensional landscape and courtyards run through the concept design. The commercial functions of Hanguang life Square: the first floor is Yuehuo Group, the second floor is aesthetician, the third floor is children's fun, the fourth floor is family fun, the fifth floor is the food store, the sixth floor is a leisure area, the roof is the farm pet park and the south and north underground corridor with zebra market. This project helps Hanguang West factory to become an important node of Handan city upgrade, and will also become a key project to protect and utilize industrial cultural heritage.
