Project Description,

The project is located in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei strategic economic circle, at the intersection of Quanzhou Road and Guangming Road, Wuqing District, Tianjin. The construction area of the project is 100,000 square meters. There are four floors above the ground and two underground floors, with more than 800 parking spaces. The project covers "eating, drinking, playing, entertainment, shopping, performing and learning" and other formats. Big Bright Center was formerly the local Big Bright Market. As the old city renovation, The resident Capital Company undertook the reconstruction and construction of the project. The project cooperated with CCTV Animation to introduce CCTV animation IP, creating the first CCTV animation experience hall in China.

With children's function as the entry point, children's animation as the theme form in the design, with novel building facade form and landscape modelling, it has become a new landmark of Tianjin Wuqing and a new model of children's theme experience in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
